Customer Service Representative
Moog Medical Devices Group is looking for a Medical Device Customer Service Representative to support our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our customer service representatives support all customer needs by responding to inquiries, processing return authorizations, basic troubleshooting, and acting on behalf of the customers as their advocate with all internal departments to resolve concerns and request in a timely and compassionate manner.

Moog Medical Devices Group designs, manufactures, and distributes industry-leading enteral feeding and infusion pumps. Through investment in research & development and relying on our vast expertise, we design and develop advanced infusion systems that improve medication safety, optimize application performance and reduce medical expenses.
Shifts available from 7:00am - 5:00pm (you will work 8 hours per day)
Telecommuting is not an option at this time
Salary starts at $18 per hour based on experience
Core Responsibilities
- Order Entry into ERP System
- Process phone orders
- Process fax and electronic orders
- Generate and transmit order confirmations
Sales Support
- Monitor account activities for assigned customers
- Prepare/distribute correspondence, marketing materials and samples to sales team &customers.
- Research sales history and gather account information for sales force
- Provide customer follow-up
Researching Customer Issues
• Provide pump tracking information and repair status upon customer request
• Provide order status and product availability information to customers and sales team
Provide Technical Support
• Trouble shooting of Enteral Feeding pumps with customers
• Issue service calls and RMAs
• Process customer complaints
• Answer customer inquiries on correct product usage
• Ensure follow up for repaired pumps and loaners
What skills and abilities do you need to bring with you?
- High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience.
- Enter detailed information with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a compassionate manner with external and internal customers.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide as well as compute rate, ratio and percent.
- Organize work effectively to meet defined objectives.
- Work independently and as part of a cross functional team.
- Computer literate with demonstrated competencies with Microsoft applications.
- Excellent & professional verbal and written skills.
- Be able to meet attendance requirements.
- This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.
