ERP Process Analyst - Global Operational Procurement
Moog's Corporate Group is looking for an ERP Process Analyst - Global Procurement
The ERP Process Analyst - Global Procurement is accountable and responsible for the respective Procurement to Pay (P2P) work stream from a global perspective. This will include system design, testing, and implementation. Training and coaching of users will also be included. Communication, change management, and networking will be critical to success.
This person will work closely with consultants and full time Subject Matter Experts to help execute the transition to SAP. After implementation, it is likely the Process Analyst will become part of the ‘SAP center of excellence’ and continue to develop and evolve the software. This is critical position for the SAP Program, Operating Groups, and Moog. This position will play a key role in transforming and standardizing our ERP processes to meet the needs of Moog.
Accountabilities:
- Develop Moog’s A&D SAP Blueprint document & communicate to Group and Site Leadership
- Design & document A&D “To Be” standardized process that can scale from small sites to large sites
- Develop Moog’s A&D SAP Blueprint document & communicate to Group and Site Leadership
- Communicate functional requirements to the technical team
- Develop test scripts for functional requirements
- Assist in developing training materials and plans for pilot and deployments
- Assist in training for each site deployments
- Document functional requirements
- Assess existing processes, define our ‘to-be’ processes, and communicate the requirements to the SAP development team and process stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
- Identifying current-state baselines and target performance metrics for the future state
- Serve as intermediaries between the SAP technical team and business sectors to align business requirements with IT capabilities
- Defining the post-implementation strategy for continuous process improvement and governance.
- Serve as change leaders to champion the new system and business processes
Requirements:
- Typically, a Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business discipline
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in position with exhibited leadership in a functional area, with at least 2 years at MOOG or similar industry i.e. Business or Technical Operations.
- Ability to explain organizational objectives to others and put into context of their own objectives.
- Effective Leadership Skills
- Will require coordination across both SDG and AG, covering more than 20 different sites, with different operating models.
- Cross cultural awareness is critical because the project will touch multiple sites in around the globe
- Understanding of the key operational metrics and pain points of the business
- Skilled people developer and effective communications upwards, outwards, and downwards
- Strong understanding of Moog Business and future vision
- Strong execution capability
- Knowledge of existing Moog Business Systems (MBS)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) is preferred, but not required
- Change Leadership and facilitation skills
