IT Regional Enablement Manager (m/w/d) - EMEA
Moog Industrial Group is looking for an IT Regional Enablement Manager m/w/d) to manage the relationship between the business in Industrial Group sites within EMEA and IT. This role will be required to facilitate the implementation & usage of IT Services from both Industrial Group and Enterprise IT.
The IT Regional Enablement Manager (m/w/d) will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and will provide significant input into the site leadership and management of the Industrial Group IT team. Please note that this position reports into Industrial Group’s US or UK site, and you will be based remotely.
Duties of the role
- Developing trusted relationships with site leadership and key business users in the EMEA Region (EMEA Centric) to ensure strategic alignment and manage expectations.
- Ensuring business needs [with regards to both projects and IT Services] are represented, shaped and prioritised within Industrial Group IT.
- Facilitating SAP deployment in Industrial EMEA sites through effective collaboration with the SAP deployment team, vendor and local project management team.
- Understanding priorities in IT demands from sites and being a representative in intake reviews.
- Working closely with relevant IT teams such as architects, service owners and IT business partners to ensure delivery of business demands in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with IT business partners in charge of relevant business vertical to ensure alignment with the business strategy.
- Europe (Multiple locations but heavy concentration in GmbH)
- Tracking and reviewing the performance of IT delivery and service, and taking necessary actions (e.g. escalations) when required.
- Facilitating site based activities including compliance audits and the IT budget process.
Experience fit
- Substantial experience in an influential role in a technological environment is desirable. We are looking for someone who has a capability to work as a liaison between various stakeholder groups.
- We would like you to be able to demonstrate relationship building skills at tactical and operational levels; and prove your influential capabilities within negotiation, co-ordination and team-building skills.
- The successful candidate will be highly adept at communication: you’ll be able to clearly explain a range of concepts to a variety of stakeholders in an engaging manner.
- Degree level qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
- The successful candidate will be required to build up a good understanding of our legal, security and compliance obligations with regard to our technology.
- Must be willing to travel on occasion as required.
- A flexible approach to working hours and happy to be on-call. Comfortable speaking with international colleagues in differing time-zones, and happy to amend/flex working hours to accommodate a variety of working day hours.
