Lead Systems Engineer - Strategic Missiles
Moog has designed and manufactured components and systems for satellites, launch vehicles and missiles for over 60 years. We continue to make significant investment in propulsion facilities, metal additive manufacturing, avionics, launch systems, inertial navigation, and innovative in-space delivery systems
We are looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to develop Moog avionics and systems for the Strategic Missile market. .
Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the following items for Moog in the Strategic Missile Avionics market:

System / subsystem design and architecture development

Collaborating with cross-sector avionics leads and core Missile Systems group

Strategy development and execution
-
Technical proposal support
Basic Requirements:
-
BSEE/MSEE with 5+ years of experience designing missile avionics and/or systems

This position requires access to US Export Controlled Information.

Position may require a small amount of travel (<10%).
Preferred Requirements:
-
Experience with ACS/Guidance Systems is a bonus
-
Experience designing strategic radiation hardened electronics is a bonus
