MANUFACTURING MANAGER
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reports to a specific Site Operations / Business Manager and responsible for the manufacture/ assembly of assigned products according to set Quality, Cost, and Delivery standards and objectives via the Lean Management System.
- 1. Achieve operations objectives according to plan —sellable production units/ hours , beat rates, scrap, turns, cost, labor variance, uptime, set up, etc. Achieve product target costs and unit profitability in managing jobs, resources, assets, and budgets.
- 2. Maintain an effective production workforce ensuring availability of appropriate levels of headcount, competency, and morale; ensure acceptable performance levels of individuals and teams overseeing the efficient implementation of training and performance management systems.
- 3. Facilitate resolution of any and all issues that may impede attainment of objectives on quality, cost, delivery and service
- 4. Ensure that relevant, accurate, and timely communication and reports are acquired from and delivered up, down, and across the organization.
- 5. Coordinate activities in the preparation for successful internal and external audits. These include audits conducted by other Moog subsidiaries and external providers.
- 6. Manage shop floor/A&T change projects, support product transition projects to and from the Moog Baguio operations.
Minimum Education:
Completed a Master's degree in a relevant course
Minimum Experience:
At least 10 years of progressive experience in the field of production operations
Physical Demand: Light to medium
