Program Coordinator

Emerging areas of focus include metal additive manufacturing, blockchain for supply chain, sensor integration, and propulsion test facilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a minimum of 2+ programs weekly and support other program managers as necessary in larger functional and strategically important programs to the company
- Administer lower-level documentation review of statement of works, product specifications and supporting proposal documentation through compliance matrix creation and contract review
- Ever increasing proficiency in all ERP and MS Project scheduling software and be able to assess material flow through manufacturing and assist in determining resource constraints whether it be material, personnel, or customer related. Create a plan to address and oversee all aspects of the impacts associated with the programs they are responsible for.
- Report weekly/monthly to management the progress of the constraints each job is facing. Determine risk levels through risk registers and hold regular standups for the Lean Product development initiatives that support the business
- Must be a continuous improvement champion and undergo LPD training and conduct at a minimum of two project planning events along with risk reduction meetings.
- Conduct primary customer interfacing on a weekly basis with a written update given monthly to each customer representing status and accounting of deliverables whether it be SDRL or program related. The program coordinator will provide weekly/monthly status of programs to all of program management and site leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- Qualified candidates have associate or bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field and a minimum two years of related experience is preferred.
- Highly organized
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and support software
- Self motivated
- Ability to maintain professional composure in any given customer situation
- This position requires access to export-controlled information.
